On Sunday, 16 April, 2023, we celebrated our church's belated 100 year presence in the Austinmer community. Lord Mayor Gordon Bradbury was our guest speaker, and soprano, Louise Lavilles sang, accompanied by her son, Peter Lavilles, on piano.
Unfortunately, we were unable to celebrate the centenary in 2022, owing to reparation work being undertaken on foundation pillars. BUT, we decided it was still important to mark the occasion - to thank those who recently supported the funding of the repairs, and to especially honour the work of the generations of congregation members before us.
